When you purchase over 2000NTD/70USD, you are automatically a LIFE-TIME VIP at our site, we will then issue you a new VIP card to you by mail. When you receive your VIP card, you can start using it at any of our shops or official website with the following benefits:
- 10% on all full-price products, including new products and limited edition
- Special 20% off on selected items
- Buy one get one free in your birthday month
- Free movie tickets, free new product tasting and chocolate making experiences with our chef from time to time
Terms and conditions
- This VIP card cannot transfer to others and can be only register once per person.
- Please present your VIP care before payment. VIP discount can be used at all stores in Taiwan only.
- Buy one get one free offer can be used only in birthday month with a number of 10 gift boxes max.
- Diva Life Chocolatier reserves the rights to explain all marketing or promotion campaigns.
How to get your VIP and replace your card
- You can apply your VIP card at any of our stores when you purchase over 2000NTD/70USD with one receipt. (at stores or on our official website.)
- Should you lost your VIP card, please call customer service at +886 2 26622522 ext. 12 from Monday to Friday 10am ~ 5pm for a replacement.
- To mail you a new VIP card, we will charge your 100NTD for replacement fee and post.
- No discount or special offers will be granted when fails to present your VIP card at shop.
